St. Lucy’s 8th Annual Lynzay Legois 5th & 6th Grade Volleyball Tournament October 21, 22 & 23 The St. Lucy Athletic Assocaition is proud to host the 8th Annual St. Lucy Lynzay Legois Memorial Volleyball Tournament on October 21, 22 & 23, 2011. This tournament is for 5th – 6th grade boys and girls. The St. Lucy Volleyball Tournament will also use the Volley Lite ball which is now being used in the RPAL League. Please contact Matthew Sepanski with any questions regarding this tournament at msepanski@stlucysports.org See the invitation on this page for more details. Please register online for this tournament by filling out the Registration form @ http://www.stlucysports.org/volleyball/stlucyvolleyballtournament.html After you register online you may mail in your $80.00 team fee to the address on the invitation. This tournament will be a round robin format.

| Lynzay Legois Memorial Volleyball Tourney will take place Oct 21st -23rd. Please check back often as we will update the page. We will update the brackets several times per day during Tourney play.

General Rules:
- 1. Warm ups will consist of 2.2.1 format.
- two (2) minutes with one (1) team using the court, two (2) minutes with the other team using the court and one (1) minute serving.
- 2. Each match will consist of two (2) games up to 21 (cap 25) with rally scoring. 3rd Game will go up to 15 (cap 17). All 3rd games on Sunday will go to 21 (cap 25)

- 3. Let serves are playable.
- 4. Five (5) consecutive serves from one player results in a team rotation and a continuation of serves.
- 5. There will only be two (2) time outs allowed per game. 1 time out in game 3.
- Each time out will consist of one (1) minute.
- 6. A forfeit will be scored a 10 to 0 win.
- 7. Games won/lost will determine the final position of each team.
- 8. The top two (2) teams will advance to the final round.
- 9. In case of a two way tie:
- Look at head to head.
- Look at point differential.
- Total point s against throughout pool play.
10. In case of three way tie:
a. Total points against throughout pool play.
11. The serving line shall be a line parallel to the centerline at a distance of 25ft.
12. Libero will not be used.
13. Will follow RPAL rules
Championship Match:
- Warm ups will consist of 3.3.1 format.
- Three (3) minutes with one (1) team using the court, three (3) minutes with the other team using the court and one (1) minute shared serving.
- How the match is won:
- The team that wins two (2) out of three (3) games.
- Scoring is up to 21 (cap 25) with rally scoring.
Awards:
1st Place Team will receive a team trophy and individual awards.
2nd Place Team will receive a team trophy.

3rd Place Teams will receive a team trophy.
Rates:
